GENERAL INFORMATION
- Exhibition preparation and stand construction
Building up of stands and expositions starts from 10.4. - 0:00 AM to 12.4. - 10:00 AM
- Stand dismantling
Dismantling of the stands will start immediately after the
exhibition closure and will end April 13th, 2012 at 12:00
p.m.
Companies building the stands are responsible for building
material removal. It is not allowed to use outside containers for
its disposal
- Vehicle access
11. 4. 2011 - car/truck access to exhibition ground - 150 CZK (time-unlimited)
12. 4. 2011 - car/truck access for bail of 1000 CZK - 3 hours
(The bail will
be return when leaving the area)
- Admission to the exhibition site
For Exhibitors and their contractors will be issued exhibitor's a
contractor's passes for free access to the exhibition area. The
number of issued passes depends on the stand size. Contractor's
passes are not valid during the exhibition opening hours.
- Entrance tickets
Price of one day ticket at cash box is Kč 150.
The ticket for exhibitiors will get one mounth before exhibition
free of charge.
- Security
The security service will be provided during the exhibition period
in all exhibition areas.
The electronic security of the halls will
be provided:
- April 12th 8:00 p.m. to April 13th 8:00 a.m
The stand won't be guarded except for this periods.
- Attention
Exhibitors, providing for they own stand construction, must send for
approval following documentation by March 14th, 2011:
- technical drawings of stand construction with outside and
height dimensions;
- inside electric circuit and water supply connection;
- fire safety report with the list of flamable materials.
